DawG BonZ bakes all treats and cakes FRESH and to your specifications. Please allow 2-3 days to complete your order. Shipping is
available within the continental USA. There is no minimum order required for shipping. At this time we are not equipped to ship Pawty
Cakes of any kind. Delivery is FREE to Lincoln/Lincoln Hills residents.
We accept cash and personal checks (w/proper id). Prepayment is required for all shipped orders with additional taxes and shipping costs.

Shipping
All of our treats are handmade and hand cut, therefore, individual bone weight/size may vary. Because our treats do not contain
preservatives or additives their shelf-life is shorter than most store bought treats. Normal shelf life is between 7-10 days, for a
prolonged life we recommend storing in an airtight container or placing the treats in your refrigerator or freezer for up to a month.
Returns
Our products do not have preservatives and should be handled with care. Shipped treats are specially packaged and labeled. Please note the
self-life information provided with your shipment. In the event your treats/gifts arrive damaged, please let us know immediately. DawG
BonZ cannot be responsible for items left unattended and/or not properly stored.
And of course you are more than welcome to visit Ben's Bistro to choose your treats,
pick up a special order, or just to visit.
